The candidate will motivate bank staff by cascading incentive programs and oversee the sales process, ensuring timely completion of medical reports and policy issuance. Additionally, they will develop new markets, build a strong customer base for cross-selling and up-selling, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Building strong relationships with bank staff is crucial to maintaining a steady flow of leads and achieving sales targets. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, sales acumen, and business development skills.

·        Graduation / Post Graduation

·        5 Year plus Sales Experience in BFSI/NBFC  Industry preferred
