Role : To aggressively promote Fineply products in an assigned geography within the dealer network, influences and end users, so as to gain increased market share.

The Job entails: -

·         Customer visits as per Permanent Journey plan.

·         Daily Reporting

·         Market profile updation on regular basis

·         Achieve Monthly Sales & Collection targets

·         Overseer demand generation activities with influencer and end users.

·         Overseer BTL activities within the geography to build Brand visibility and salience

Compensation:  As per Industry norms and experience. The package shall include Fixed and variables pay. 

Age: Between 25-27 years.

Educational Qualifications:

·         Must be a Graduate with at least 50% marks.

·         An MBA may be preferred.

Experience:  Between 2-4 years.  Preferably in Building Material industry and having worked in Dealer Networks and with Influencers.

Competencies :

·         Good communication

·         An extrovert who is capable of building good customer relations.

·         High result orientation

·         “Never say die” attitude.

·         Good analytical ability
