Key Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations with a focus on growing the liability portfolio (savings, current accounts, and fixed deposits).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the deposit base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients.
• Drive business performance and meet branch sales targets for liability products.
• Ensure compliance with cooperative society regulations and operational standards.
• Mentor and manage a team to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in liability sales, preferably in banking or cooperative sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive business growth and meet targets.
• Familiarity with cooperative society operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in finance or sales will be beneficial.
