Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive health insurance sales.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting health insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
  • Train and support bank staff to cross-sell health insurance products to customers.
  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.

  • Proven experience in banca channel sales, preferably in health insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with banking partners.
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in insurance or sales will be an advantage.
