Job Description
  • Lead and manage a team of Agency Sales Managers and agents to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate agents and advisors to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Drive business development activities through agency sales, focusing on customer acquisition and policy renewals.
  • Monitor and manage the sales funnel to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
  • Implement strategies to increase market share and build a strong presence for TATA AIA Life Insurance in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales performance, providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
  • Act as the point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 of experience in insurance sales or agency sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
