Develop and manage the relationship between the bank and the insurance company.

Drive insurance product sales (life/general/health) through assigned bank branches.

Train and motivate bank staff to generate leads and close sales.

Conduct regular branch visits to maintain strong rapport with branch staff and managers.

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

Assist bank customers in understanding insurance products and completing documentation.

Resolve customer queries, ensuring timely service and support.

Provide post-sales service including policy delivery, premium reminders, and renewals.

Maintain MIS and provide regular updates to supervisors.

Any Graduates

Age upto 35 years

Minimum 1 year experience in Insurance or Banking sales

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory guidelines is a plus
