Job Description
- Recruit, train, and manage Agency Partners/Leaders under the branch. Drive their performance to ensure branch targets are met.
- Support Agency Leaders in building their advisor teams. Ensure quality recruitment and activation of advisors.
- Own and drive the business plan for the branch. Achieve sales targets through active field engagement and team support.
- Ensure regular training and skill development programs for the Agency Partners/Advisors to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and audit standards.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to develop effective strategies.
- Promote ethical selling practices and a strong focus on customer satisfaction within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
- Prior experience in Variable Agency or similar model is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
