We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM) for the APC (Agency Partner Channel) to drive business growth through recruitment and management of Agency Partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit high-potential Agency Partners (APs)
-
Guide APs in building and managing a team of advisors/agents
-
Drive sales of life/general insurance products through the advisor network
-
Monitor and support APs to achieve their business goals
-
Conduct regular training, joint field visits, and performance reviews

Ensure policy documentation and compliance as per company norms
-
Maintain strong client and partner relationships
