Job Description
- Lead and manage Agency Partners and their advisor networks
- Drive recruitment, activation, and productivity at the branch level
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets
- Train and mentor the team for performance improvement
- Maintain process compliance and ensure quality of business
- Regularly review performance metrics and drive corrective actions
- Build a high-energy, customer-focused sales culture
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Life Insurance - Tied Agency Channel
- At least 2 years of experience in team handling / branch management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and managing sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
