Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage life insurance sales through direct sourcing methods.
• 50% of leads will be provided by the Head Office; the remaining to be self-sourced.
• Call and fix appointments with prospective customers.
• Meet customers in person to present and sell insurance solutions.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and post-sale customer service.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

•  Very Good Communication.
•  Any graduation.
•  Age up to 40 as on date of interview 
•  Any sales experience ( Insurance, Mutual fund, Equity) or Fresher MBA 
•  Should be more aggressive and active in achieving the fixed targets.
•  Two wheeler is Must
