📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and close life insurance sales through direct customer interaction (individual leads, references, events, etc.).

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.

• Maintain long-term relationships and provide post-sale service.

• Generate new business through field visits, telecalling, and referrals.

• Follow up on leads provided and ensure timely conversions.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and persistency goals.

• Maintain and submit sales MIS and daily reports to the team manager.

1. Very Good Communication.

2. Any graduation.

3. Age up to 40 as on date of interview 

4. Any sales experience ( Insurance, Mutual fund, Equity) or Fresher MBA 

5. Should be more aggressive and active in achieving the fixed targets.

6. Two wheeler is Must
