📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow health insurance sales from assigned bank branches.

• Build strong working relationships with branch managers and bank employees.

• Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff to understand client needs and provide suitable health insurance solutions.

• Drive awareness and engagement for ManipalCigna health products within the branch.

• Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees on products and sales processes.

• Ensure achievement of monthly targets in terms of premium collection, policy count, and persistency.

• Maintain and share daily MIS, activity tracker, and performance reports.

•            Age between 23 - 38 yrs

•           At least 3 year of Sales experience in Insurance or Banking Sector

•           Good Communication Skill

•           Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.

•           Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude

•           High on Honsty and Integrity
