🔑 Role & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors.

• Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.

• Monitor and guide the team to achieve individual and branch targets.

• Conduct regular team meetings, training programs, and joint field calls for performance improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and accurate documentation.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance business opportunities.
