• Drive franchisee appointments, management, and regional growth.
• Lead initiatives for admissions and student retention.
• Manage Corporate Centre operations and ensure profitability.
• Oversee around 20 franchisees and support 30–40 schools.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and onboarding schools.

• Proven experience in channel management and franchisee development.
• Strong background in franchisee appointments, preferably from Telecom or Insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth, profitability, and stakeholder engagement in a multi unit environment.
