• To manage and grow insurance business through tie-ups with licensed insurance brokers.

• Build strong relationships with brokers and help them service their clients with suitable insurance solutions.

• Act as the link between brokers and the insurance company.

• Manage assigned brokers & generate business through them.

• Support brokers with product training, joint client meetings & presentations.

• Achieve sales targets through broker network.

• Provide timely quotes, proposals, and after-sales service support.

• Ensure smooth policy issuance & claims coordination.

• Monitor broker performance & share regular MIS/reports.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

1. Very Good Communication.

2. Any graduation.

3. Age up to 38 as on date of interview

4. Any sales experience ( Insurance, Mutual fund, Equity) or Fresher

5. Should be more aggressive and active in achieving the fixed targets.
