Job Description
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors/Agents under the Variable Agency Channel.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets through effective team management.
- Motivate and mentor advisors to generate consistent business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Regularly monitor and review advisor performance to ensure productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ year of Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel experience is mandatory.
- Strong people management & leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
