• To direct sell to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits). • To ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and revenue is generated • To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved • To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis

·                     Experience: atleast 6 months to 1 yrs of Sales Experience (Any field sales experience /  Life Insurance Sales  / Sales Experience from Broking Channel / Sales experience from BFSI sector or NBFC sector ) Candidates having life insurance knowledge will be an added advantage

·                     Qualification:  Graduates with Good Communication Skills

·                     Age: Below 40 Years

·                     Language: English with any Regional Languages.
